We feel our best when love is flowing freely from our hearts. When we effortlessly give and receive love.
Just like everything in our lives, the more intentional we are and the more energy we put toward something, the greater the results.
Here’s a powerful mantra that helps keep that heart/love flow open.
Lokah Samastah Sukhinoh Bhavantu
“May all beings everywhere be happy and free, and may the thoughts, words and actions of my own life contribute in some way to that happiness and to that freedom for all.
Let’s look more closely at the meaning of each word of this invocational mantra:
Lokah: location, realm, all universes existing now
Samastah: all beings sharing that same location
Sukhino: centered in happiness and joy, free from suffering
Bhav: the divine mood or state of unified existence
Antu: may it be so, it must be so (antu used as an ending here transforms this mantra into a powerful pledge”

Besides ending every yoga practice with this chant, you can also chant this mantra, silently or out loud as your meditation practice, or as I do, at the end of a regular meditation practice.
Here’s one of my practices with this mantra ~
Chant this mantra silently to yourself and feel the love of the Universe coming into your heart, filling your entire being.
As you continue to silently repeat this mantra, imagine love extending from you in all directions.
Imagine and feel this bubble or aura of love expanding from yourself, to your home, your neighborhood, your town, your state, your region, your country, your continent, all continents and oceans, the entire world. At this point I sometimes imagine that I am holding the entire planet bathing it all with love.
As your ever growing love bubble expands, imagine and feel it blessing everyone and everything – all beings – humans, animals, plants, insects, bodies of water, mountains etc. – all beings seen and unseen, known and unknown – with happiness and freedom.
The more love we give, the more we receive, the more we have to give and so on. What a beautiful design.
May your heart overflow with love.
